What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces per size and color. For trial orders, we can accept 3,000 pieces with a small surcharge. Custom mold orders require a one-time mold fee.
Can you produce custom sizes and shapes?
Yes. We specialize in custom mold design. Send us your drawing, 3D file, or reference sample, and we'll create a mold and provide samples for approval before mass production.
How long does sampling take?
For existing molds, samples can be shipped within 5–7 days. For custom molds, sampling usually takes 15–20 days after mold confirmation.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), and for long-term clients we can discuss more flexible terms. We also work with Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Do you handle shipping?
Yes. We can quote FOB, CIF, or DDP terms. We work with reliable freight forwarders and can arrange door-to-door delivery if needed.
